Initially, as to the first item of the meeting, Director Xu made detailed arrangements for the time nodes of the work of the graduating classes in the new semester, stressing the urgency and efficiency of head teachers’ work. Other than that, Director Xu put forward new requirements for the head teachers’ work of the graduating classes in terms of ‘basing on routines, optimizing moral education and paying attention to students' physical and mental health education’. Meanwhile, Director Xu suggested that in the new semester, head teachers should enhance their executive ability, strengthen their ideological position, have the concept of ‘fine management’, and do a good job in class management.

Additionally, with regard to the second item of the meeting, Director Hu came up with clear suggestions to the ninth grade head teachers regarding teaching, hoping that under the premise of implementing the double reduction work, teachers would bear in mind the goal, have a sense of responsibility, cultivate excellent students, mentor underachievers, reinforce teaching quality, cooperate with each other, and adhere to efficient teaching and management.

At the end of the meeting, Principal Assistant Li Ping delivered a guiding speech. In order to ensure that students can make another success in the 2024 Senior High School Entrance Examination, Principal Assistant Li Ping proposed ‘five ideas’ for teachers: firstly, teachers must have a strong sense of time and build up the sense of mission; Secondly, we should establish a home-school concept, because home-school collaboration can guarantee mutual progress; Thirdly, teachers should have the overall concept, in that we should do a good job of the graduating classes according to the overall work arrangement of the school; Fourthly, we should have the concept of cultivating top students, and do a good job in cultivating excellent students and tutoring the underachievers, so as to help students constantly improve their grades; Last but not the least, we must carry out all our work solidly.

To put it in a nutshell, this is not only a work deployment meeting, but also a situation analysis meeting, which is a pledge to cheer for next year's Senior High School Entrance Examination. Moreover, the head teachers of the graduating classes unanimously believed that the successful holding of this meeting would play a huge role in promoting the work of the graduating classes and next year's Senior High School Entrance Examination.
